This was the client's request. We created a landscaped promenade in place of the bridge and cut a glass opening in the shear wall with views through to the beautiful pool area.

The scheme above was too contemporary and slick. We modified the existing balcony in this scheme, which saved on demolition costs. The clients loved it. It is currently under construction.
