BEFORE This was the front portion of the space that we were to redesign. The rest of the space, through the door at center, was an unfinished concrete metal working space. DESIGN FIRM OFFICE  AFTER Although the space was almost devoid of character, we preserved what we could; the brick wall, the rather interesting concrete floor at the front, and the wood rafters at the back.
